Licence Issues/Evaluation Edition - Windows 8/10

How can I get data from SPORTSYSTEMS into another system?
SPORTSYSTEMS Meet Organisation can output results in several file types eg Lenex, SDIF or NDF (neutral data format). These file types are recognized swimming data interchange standards - see Meet Organisation 'Help' for more information. Check the options under File > Export menu item. You may need to request the export file from the Meet Organiser who may or may not choose to offer this service. Unable to download swimmers file - error
Occasionally, on Windows 10 with a 'Standard' type of user account, you are unable to download a Valid Swimmers file. You see a popup box 'Can't retrieve details for <club code>' (where the 4 character code of your club is shown). Using the program from a Windows 10 'Administrator' account type has been shown to solve this problem. Can't find sportsys.ini/ssentry.ini file - Windows 10
Windows 10 occasionally gives problems when it is running lots of updates in the background that you don't know about. Please make sure it has completed all updates, do a full power down and switch off for a few mins, restart and give plenty of time for all the updates to configure before you try again. Running SPORTSYSTEMS software on Linux or macOS
SPORTSYSTEMS software is built to run on supported Windows Operating systems (Windows Vista, 7, 8, 10 and 11). To run our software on macOs (formerly OS X) or Linux operating systems you will need to install Windows either using a multi-boot utility or as a virtual machine. SPORTSYSTEMS is unable to provide support for either of these methods of running Windows on Linux or macOS.

SPORTSYSTEMS Meet Organisation and Entry Manger are no longer supported on Windows XP and will not install or update. Please use a different Windows operating system: Windows Vista, 7, 8, 10 or 11 are all supported.
Submitted Entries report shows date of birth
Submitted Entries reports from SPORTSYSTEMS (SS) Meet Organisation (Report > Entries > Submitted) and SS Entry Manager (Report > Report Entries) show date of birth and should only be used internally. To prepare a report that can be circulated to members for entry checking and other purposes, select 'File' button from the Output To options towards the bottom of the Report Entries dialog box.
