How to include para swimmers in Inclusive event
How can I include para swimmer(s) in a para 'inclusive' meet when the para swimmer(s) entry time(s) is/are outside the able-bodied (a-b) qualifying times (QT)?
There is no automatic option. However there are a few manual options (use one only) ...
1. Process the event using the No Limit option. To correctly reject a-b swimmers from the same event(s), note who they are and remove their entry times from the entry file for the relevant event(s) before processing.
2. Change the entry time of the para swimmer(s) to one that satisfies the QT. Process the event then use the Swimmers Detail Edit feature to correct the entry time.
3. Add the para swimmer(s) to the event(s) via the add swimmer feature in Prepare Start Lists. Do this before generating the meet sheet and the added swimmer(s) will appear at the end of the event(s) list.
