Time-only Swims
Currently there is no feature to flag time-only swims in SPORTSYSTEMS Meet Organisation 5.3. All swimmers in an event will be placed in the results according to their age-group (if appropriate) and time.
You may like to consider these 'work-arounds' ...
1. Offset the time swum by a known constant depending on the event. Adding eg 10 minutes to any 'time only' swims will force these swims to the bottom of the result where they can be identified as trial or 'time-only' swims and excluded from official results.
2. Offset the swimmers age, i.e. the swimmers who are swimming for a time only have their ages forced into an unused age group.
You will need to reverse these alterations before the results are sent to British swimming rankings.
