Error Creating New Meet and/or New Session

This error is seen after upgrading to Windows 10. Please check your PC's regional settings (open the Settings app) and if date and/or language are set to US change them to UK. 
Invalid Entry File Column Number - error

This error can occur when there is no value in the Field No. field (also referred to as 'entry column number') for the event number quoted in the error message. In Meet Organisation main menu go to Before Meet > Meet Definition > Event and select the event quoted in the error message.  Check the Locate in Entries File > Field No. field for the specific event and for other events in the session/meet, if necessary. Invalid Entry File Column Number - mixed event error

This error can occur when a meet has at least one mixed event in the schedule, and also a single gender event that does not have an equivalent single gender event for the opposite gender (B/G or M/W). When a meet schedule has at least one mixed gender event, all the single gender events must exist in gender pairs (either B/G or M/W). Export to British Swimming Rankings - Error 429

When you run the Export for the British Rankings you get a 'Run-time error '429': ActiveX component can't create object' and SPORTSYSTEMS Meet Organisation shuts down when you click OK. To resolve the error - make sure you have a copy of your Club's license key for SPORTSYSTEMS Meet Organisation and your Personal Key. Export To rankings - Run time error 13 Type Mismatch

The error is caused by one or more incorrectly defined 'Age Groups for HDW'. There is likely to be one or more age groups showing as '9U'. This is the mismatch referred to in the error. An 'under' age group should be entered as 09/UN. (see Help file Before Meet > 'Define Events'). Before making any attempt to correct errors always make sure you have taken a backup copy of your files before you start. Time-only Swims

Currently there is no feature to flag time-only swims in SPORTSYSTEMS Meet Organisation 5.3. Move Meet Organisation 5.3 to a new computer

Ensure you have a copy of your club's SPORTSYSTEMS Meet Organisation 5.3 license key and your Personal Key. If you want to move your old meets to the new computer take a copy of the contents of folder 'SSMeet' in C:\SPORTSYS.  Download Meet Organisation 5.3 from www.sportsys.co.uk and run the installation file. Printer Error/Crash

If you get an error when you try to print from Meet Organisation 5.3 and/or the system crashes this can be caused by corrupt/old/unused printer software on your computer. Please delete any old/unused printers from the 'Printers' window by right-clicking a printer icon and selecting 'Delete'.  Check in Meet Organisation that the correct printer is selected in Tools > Printer Settings and try to print again. Copy meet definition from one meet to the next

SPORTSYSTEMS does not support the copying of a meet definition from one meet to the next. There are many variables, some of which you will be able to update and others that are only created during the initial meet definition and will remain the same for the copied meet. Missing Event Numbers from SEF file

The SPORTSYSTEMS proprietary sef file is designed to be imported into the free SPORTSYSTEMS Entry Manager application. After importing a sef file into SPORTSYSTEMS Entry Manager, swimmer entries are added from a downloaded list of your club's swimmers.
