Can't retrieve details for XXXX

Occasionally, on Windows 10 with a 'Standard' type of user account, you are unable to download a Valid Swimmers file.  You see a popup box 'Can't retrieve details for <club code>' (where the 4 character code of your club is shown).

Using the program from a Windows 10 'Administrator' account type has been shown to solve this problem.

When you have changed your account to an 'Administrator' please turn your PC/laptop off and back on again.

If you are still unable to download swimmers please un-install SPORTSYSTEMS and re-install the software.
