Unable to open output file - terminating

Error message 'Unable to open output file - terminating' when using SPORTSYSTEMS Entry Manger to Report Entries.

A second error 'unresolved error with printer' may also be seen.

This issue is caused when the PC/laptop has the date set to US style format (mm/dd/yyyy) - check the date showing on the bottom taskbar.

Please check your PC/laptop's regional settings (via the Settings app) and if the date and/or language are set to US change them to UK.

You may need to download and install the UK English language pack to change the language and format of the date to UK ie dd/mm/yyyy.

It would be a good idea to reboot after making these changes.
